Owner
John Vinopal
John is the esteemed owner of Vinopal Title, a prominent full service title agency. His journey in the real estate industry began after he graduated University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a degree in Political Science. In 2000, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate, he founded Vinopal Title. Outside of work he joins golfing and supporting his son and daughter.
Owner & Attorney at Law
Sara Vinopal
Sara is a distinguished attorney known for her expertise in real estate and the owner of Vinopal Title. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University and is a proud Warrior. After graduation, Sara began her legal career in real estate protecting buyers rights and quickly gaining recognition for her skillful handling of complex transactions and knowledge. In addition to her 25 plus years of practice, she enjoys time with her children and playing tennis with her friends.
Office Manager
Melissa Crapser
Melissa is a versatile manager known for her creative approach and attention to detail. With a Bachelors degree from UW-Stout, and leadership experience from a local financial institution, Melissa strives to build connections with all clients and exceed expectations. Her ability to understand client needs and translate them to the team sets her apart. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her daughters and golfing with her husband.

Steve Melby
Steve is recognized for his ability to identify potential risks and creating strategies. With a vast experience in leadership and banking compliance from a local financial institution, Steve demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and thorough examination of real estate titles. Steve is dedicated to ensuring the integrity of property titles and being apart of the journey of selling/buying a home. Outside of work, Steve enjoys local brews and snowmobiling.

MaryBeth Rumphol
MaryBeth brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service and mortgages, offering valuable insights and guidance to buyers and sellers. MaryBeth is a proud Blugold with a B.A in Marketing and 13 years of experience from a local financial institution as a Loan Processor, Teller and Customer Service Representative. She is dedicated to client satisfaction and navigating transactions with precision and ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience. She enjoys the history of real estate and the story waiting to be told. After work hours she is either bowling or supporting her avid bike rider family.
Closing Agent
Mary Schneider
Mary is a seasoned Closing Agent with a wealth of experience spanning ten years in the real estate industry on top of her 20 years at a local financial institution as a Personal Banker and Loan Officer. Mary is known for her dedication to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless closing experience for sellers and buyers. Her favorite part of being a Closing Agent is meeting all the clients. When she isn’t working she is enjoying her time at the lake with family or cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.

Pam Lahr
Pam is a highly experienced Closing Agent with over 20 years in the field. A dedicated member of Vinopal Title from the very beginning, she holds a Wisconsin Title license and has completed all the coursework for a Wisconsin Real Estate License. Pam is renowned for her extensive knowledge and her ability to ensure smooth closings. She loves working with people, finding joy in the unique stories and journeys of each closing. In her free time, Pam enjoys brewing her own beer and traveling with her two kids.
Construction Coordinator
Michelle Scheidler
Michelle has a wealth of expertise with construction and 15 years of loan processing from a local financial institute. Michelle demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, making her a valuable asset on all things construction. She enjoys all of the details that go into construction draws and building relationships with the contractors. Outside of work, Michelle is either working on her home that she and her husband built or hanging out with her 4 pups!
Final Policies Coordinator
Megan Malone
Megan is an adept coordinator with ten years in the real estate industry. Megan was a Property Manager for her family’s rental company bringing a proactive approach and excellent communication skills to her current position. Her greatest enjoyment is the collaboration amongst her co-workers and new challenges and faced every day. Outside of work Megan enjoys traveling, podcasts, and a good ghost tour.

Sandy Jacobson
Sandy is a proficient Escrow Officer with a rich background in the real estate industry with over 20 years of experience. Sandy possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and facilitating seamless communication between clients and agents. She has a dedicated passion for providing support for all buyers and sellers. She enjoys being a part of the journey and meeting her clients. Outside of closing she is either boating on Cornell Lake or spending time at her cabin with friends and family.

Krista Wilcott
Krista has a wealth of knowledge customer needs and satisfaction. With a background as a Customer Service Manager at an educational systems institution for 12 years and a Construction Coordinator, Krista is proficient in overseeing multiple projects, client communication, has a knack for organization. When Krista is not working she is enjoying the wonderful bike trails or kayaking with her husband.

Madison Buechner
Madison is known for creative mindset and exploring new possibilities. With a Masters degree from UW- Whitewater and pursuing her Doctorate, Madison is eager to apply her education to her current role. She has a passion for customer service and ensuring all projects are met effectively. As a new homebuyer, her goal is to ensure that every transaction is not just smooth but also enjoyable. After hours Madison enjoys golfing with friends and family.

Suzanne Dickinson
Suzanne is a seasoned Escrow Officer with over 30 years of experience. She began her career as an assistant and progressed to Escrow Supervisor in both Oregon and California prior to moving to Wisconsin to be closer to family. Currently holding a Wisconsin Title license, Suzanne has a remarkable ability to connect with others and go the extra mile. She finds joy in assisting people with one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys crafts and has recently taken up watercolor painting as a new hobby.
